HR Officer /Sr. Officer

with following qualifications

. Male/ Female with age 23- 35years old

. Bachelor degree from psychology/management/law/HR Management with
min GPA 2.8 (scale 4)

. Minimum 3 years experience in handling HR. Experience in airline
/cargo industry is an advantage

. Having knowledge of Manpower regulations and its implementation

. Have the ability to maintain and improve the policies & procedures
and create strategic planning for the human resources operation to achieve
business objectives

. Able to handle all complain and take action, to correct and avoid
complain in good capacity and effective

. Positive mind set, stable, dynamic, mature, responsible and highly
motivated with excellent communication, analytical ability, and problem
solving & decision making skill

. Ability to work in a team and individually, honesty, discipline,
willingness to work under pressure and long hours

. Fluent in written and spoken English.
