HR & GA Officer


Develops, advises & implements Policy from HQ to site people, provides
administration support to the Human Resources department. Maintains,
gathers and distributes employee information. Updates site personnel
records and assists employees with forms and procedures. Monitoring
employee's schedule and its compliance to Labor Law. Monitoring Security
and QHSE. Handling company's car and its operation, handling public
facility, licensing, gathering, employee grievance, public
relation/community relation


1. Diploma/Degree in Law/Psychology/Social Science

2. Having more than 2 years in HR & GA

3. Preferaby has ever worked in Muara Badak/Kalimantan Area

4. Good English Communication Skill

5. Willing to work at remote area (kalimantan based)
