The Reward and The Benefit Audit.
A reward and the benefit audit involves assessing the extent to which the existing reward system helps or hinders the achievement of the company’s business goals. It leads to decisions on what improvements are required and what actions are needed to guide implementation. It will take into account the costs of change, how change should be managed and how the business will benefit.
A systematic approach is required that covers each of the elements of the reward system, assessing their effectiveness in the light of the needs of business and identifying specific areas for improvement.
