Isitilah ini merujuk pada perpindahan dari kuadran seorang pekerja (employee) bergerak menuju kuadran business owner atau entrepreneuer. Dari seseorang yang tiap bulan menerima gaji secara konstan, bergerak menjadi manusia mandiri yang create their own wealth.

Pilihan menjadi entrepreneur kini tampaknya memang tengah digandrungi banyak orang; dan ini tentu saja merupakan sebuah hal yang layak disukuri. Job Responsibilities:
– Responsible for Mining Division, Workshop Division (heavy equipments), Processing Divisions (coal processing plant & Fixed Plants) and SHE Division (Health Safety and Environment)
– To plan the work programs of an open cut coal mining and its processing within the company’s objectives to achieve the most efficient and the most effective budget
– To set the production target to the best of the production facilities and to make sure that the target achieved
– To organize and create a productive working condition among all departments and divisions
– To optimize and to motivate the workmanship capabilities

– To improve safety, quality and environmental issues throughout the whole process of exploitation, transportation and production

Job Requirements:
– Mining Engineering Degree from reputable University
– Minimum 5 to 10 years experience in project management in any industry, training in coal mining industries will be provided.
– Outstanding leadership skill, honest, self motivated and result oriented
– Literacy of English and computer skill is a must

Latar Belakang

PENGANTAR

Konflik adalah bagian dari pekerjaan kita sehari-hari. Tidak
ada pekerjaan yang tidak mempunyai konflik didalamnya. Dan
kelihaian kita dalam menangani konflik dapat menentukan
keberhasilan kita di dalam sebuah pekerjaan. Dalam menangani
konflik yang mungkin timbul dalam sebuah pekerjaan tentu bukan
sebuah perkara yang mudah. Diperlukan keahlian tertentu agar
konflik yang kita tangani dapat diselesaikan dengan baik, dan
tidak justru menimbulkan konflik-konflik baru.

Karena itu kita perlu untuk terus melatih kemampuan kita dalam menangani
konflik. Jika perlu, kita memerlukan sebuah training yang memang dirancang
khusus untuk melatih kemampuan kita untuk menangani konflik.

Saat ini banyak training yang menawarkan cara-cara penanganan konflik
dengan metode yang berbeda. Akan tetapi tidak semua peserta yang mengikuti
training akan merasa cocok dengan metode yang digunakan. Karena setiap
orang itu unik, dan karenanya dibutuhkan metode belajar yang tidak kalah
uniknya untuk mengakomodasi perbedaan ini.

METODA :

Metode belajar yang fun dan menyenangkan dengan menggunakan games-games
yang akan melatih kompetensi-kompetensi dasar yang dibutuhkan peserta
dalam memecahkan sebuah konflik.

SASARAN BELAJAR :

Yang akan dilatih dalam training ini kompetensi-kompetensi dasar yang
dibutuhkan dalam menangani sebuah konflik secara efektif, yaitu: Comfort
with Conflict, Diplomatic, Helpful, Warmth/Empathy, Assertive.

· Comfort with Conflict: Kecenderungan untuk merasa nyaman
terhadap sebuah masalah atau konfrontasi

· Diplomatic: Kecenderungan untuk menghadapi segala sesuatu dengan
kehati-hatian.

· Helpful: Kecenderungan untuk merespon kebutuhan orang lain dan
membantu atau mendukung mereka untuk mencapai tujuan.

· Warmth/Empathy: Kecenderungan untuk mengekspresikan ketertarikan
dan perasaan positif

· Assertive: Kecenderungan untuk menempatkan keinginan dan
kebutuhan pribadinya dengan cara yang tepat.

Sebelum mengikuti training, peserta akan melakukan assessment dari HA.
